  1. Happy Belated Birday! I finished up my final...final last night, had 3 in a row to start off my lovely week. My birday's in September, and don't forget it.
  2. Re: Boa Vs. Pytho is ABC's favorite movie. *'dere snake dis big out thurr?!?!
  3. It looks like you're gonna need more than a Saturday afternoon for that job. Unless your homie who answers his phone looks like this...
  4. Nah dude, DMX takes the cake. Dude would rhyme about hustling and bangin' breezies, go into two prayer skits right after that, and then go back to rhyming about the ghetto life and being depressed. Grrrr, argh!
  5. No kidding. They expect peeps to drop 20 on an album and half the shit is talking and time fillers.
  6. I'm at the same point as you Bojangles. Our 2 year is coming up this Friday, but it's like everyday for the past 3 months, she's had a beef about everything, so atleast 5 times a week, we argue. And not the good arguing either, where the aggression gets dumped off in some good, bang-em up sex. The shit dwells in me, all her little remarks, all her attitude, it's frustrating to the point where today, after a good 10 minutes argument about me sleeping post my graveyard shift. I just laid there when she popped in, she gave me shit, I still laid there, said "fine, if you're so frustrated, just jet." So...turns out, she walked home in the pouring rain, and i'm rejuvenated. Ha, fuckin' bitches...
  7. Re: Evil Knievel dies Damn yo, I grew up idolizing this dude for his insanity. I hope you show God what's up when you jump the pearly gates my dude. RIP a true legend, Evil K.
  8. You should have stopped here homeboy. We all have ethics. I don't rack from anyone but the corporate pocket, keep the small beezies bumpin'. It's all dependant on someone's morals. Close.
  9. I'd just stop responding Belt. If it's not obvious to them when you've posted 20+ different pictures in the last 3 pages, then let their small minds be stressed over nada. Btw, keep posting, otherwise this shit's dead, haha.
  10. I've heard that on leather, dye is more effective and appealing. If however they were made by other materials like canvas, fabric paint tends to work most efficiently as it does not to crack or chip. I'd say at this point it's best just to try anything protective, expirement with maybe some varnish or lacquer, sorry I couldn't be of more help, i'd looked into this myself awhile ago and had the same frustrations.
  11. *stolen from the van. graff. flickr group* Never met the guy, honestly wish I could have, the guy left nothing but a positive mark on this city and its scene. My support goes out to the fam and friends, Rest In Power Lee "Avers" Matasi.
  12. One of the most random things i've ever seen in my life.
  13. Some don't need luck, just time and a non-existant, social life. This is pretty stellar.
  14. The fact is, you weren't together, you had no true "committment" to the girl, but nevertheless you two had something going, so she's going to feel betrayed regardless of how long ago it happened or what your situation was at the time. I've learned one thing with girls i've dated, they hold grudges like no other animal on this planet. If you admit to being wrong, and assure her you're there for her, you guys will stay together, and she'll still have feelings for you...as she still does, but chances are, she'll trust you just about as far as she can throw you, so expect a much controlling relationship from this point onward.
  15. F'real Odes, don't be claiming you've been practicing that shit for a year. I see a clear difference in the consistent flow of your second and fourth throw compared to the first and third. I really admire that you've mastered the bubble letters for the name Sen, i've never seen anything like it, evar. Give the credit where the credit is due, especially with such an obvious bite. Oh yeah, and take a step back, work on simples.
  16. Oh shit my bad, found the article from The Province. It's the "856 Gang" from Aldergrove. After a long night of gangbangin' and stirrin' up shit, these homeboys come home to a night of sheepfucking and pumpkin harvesting. We be ballin' in BC.
  17. Any real "in the streets type shit" is typically just a bunch of juvenile delinquents or nutso, asian kids from Coquitlam or Burnaby who actually sport this lame-o shit cuz the highschool plastics will be bobbin' the knob. The HA is big, business mentallity now, apparently being "challenged" by this 652 or some bullshit Abbotsford gang? Who the fuck knows. And the last time I saw anyone wearin' some Couture type shit in the club was this bangin', azn breezy I went to school with. On the real, this "clothing ban" could be put into way more useful effect, "No More Hollister, Lacoste wear in this joint." Now that would be the day, nah sayin'.
  18. I'd give my left nut for this bag. /nohomo Thanks for the flicks Belt.
  19. Mannn, I almost feel bad that your graffiti scene is derived of "mall bombing" and "slap tagging." Make a trip out to a large, graffiti oriented city, I think you'd learn to appreciate the risk that people put into marker and mop tagging. And yes, as effective as using a sticker is, in my opinion it never carries the same feeling of accomplishment, but I mean, post some of your work in the sticker threads man, cuz if you bring some heat to the table, i'll put my foot back in my mouth.
  20. You should be ripped a new one for that statement, but I think it accomplishes that within itself. However, my respect is given to those who utilize stickers to the fullest, it's an art if mastered correctly, none of this "slap tag" or whatever bullshit.
  21. Damn, try and be supportive of dude and all I get is heated on, negativity sure is easier to come by, but yeah, I still agree, paint is needed. Gimp, I think there's room for improvements on that style, the "i" seems to be overlapped, and the letters don't all seem the same size, and i'd say take a step back, and lose the pink shadow fill too. You've seemed to grasp the continuous style in that piece, but i'd think tweeking those things would help it out. Sect, seems to me that the "s" is smaller than the other letters, and the "t" looks a lot more bulky. The shadow isn't all in the same direction, and I would think that the "e" should be overlapping the bottom part of your "c." I like the colour scheme though, and the hand throw looks pretty good, just try and get it in one motion, I think that way it'll look cleaner. And blart, I like the second one the best, the "s" with only one little dip at the top looks better than the others. And I like the theme you were going with on the "s" and "a", I think you could have carried it on to the "n" and "k" because those last two letters don't follow the style of the first two letters. The "k" itself looks a little wonky, one too many corners, and if it's meant to be an arrow on the end, try connecting it like in the silver one.
  22. Amk, your work on paper is the best around, especially out of any of us beginning writers. The only thing that comes now is developing the technical skills, going from pencil and paper, to can and wall. You'll only master this transition by hitting the streets with paint, bit by bit. You don't have to feel the pressure to get out, day after day, but set some goals to go out maybe once or twice a week. I don't condone Q for calling you a pussy, but behind it is the sad truth. You won't get better if you master it all on paper and post it on the forums for another 10 months. Get out man, you've got some talent in those fingers, put them to the tip of a can.
