technically, that's pretty much impossible. although the definitions i'm about to get into will make most of this page somewhat irrelevant... racism implies the exercise of power from one group over another. you can be discriminatory, prejudiced, or bigoted, without being racist if you are not using your position to bring down the other person.. psychologically, financially, physically... if you're keeping it to yourself and it doesn't affect your actions, it's not really racism.. so, i would say that white people on average are in a much better position to be functionally and effectively racist. a.k.a.
