I had braces in high school, they sucked

theres too many graphic designers...but i do graphic design and never took a class. its just common sense. if you have a good sense of composition and colors, you don't need to waste your college $$$ just to take that...

when i was in high school, I had a job, smoked weed, drank everynight, played b-ball afterschool, did mad bombin, skipped school to do drugs (herion, coke, PCP, klonopins), fucked young girls and still got all A's... just don't be a lazy bastard, work hard and go to a real college. If your good at art, you don't need schooling, plus in a real college you can always take art clases to work on your techniques... makes plans for grad school whether you go or not. If you want to be a lawyer, take sociology or economics etc etc, if you want an MBA, also take liberal arts. Minor in business etc etc etc do study abroad... thast how you get ahead...

If you look at old buildings, you can see alot of the old advertisment murals. look at baseball stadia. They were coverd in ads at the turn of the century. Way less than know. Plus advertisments were way less regualted in the old days, so much more dangerous. Today we have TV and lots more magazines, but its really not more, just different media...

what you do is, is make up (or download off the net) professional looking applications and photo releases. Do the shoot etc etc, then tell them it takes two weeks to process the checks and it will be in the mail...

there was way more advertisment in the 19th century and early 20th century...its not an issue... and if you ask me I think the world is becoming a safer and generally better place...of course there are reactionaries who will holler and scream about the "old days", but hasn't that always been the case?

did anyone see that movie about him? it was so fucking sad to be honest...I still like his work but in some respects I lost an appreciation of his work after seing the movie.
