I know 80s small today, but my long term plan is to get all our data onto the server, and prob get more cpus, so info may get spread around... but he said if I do memory intensive work, I'd rather have alot of free hd space for back-up or something... can you explain this since he didn't?

Its grant $$$ so we have to spend ALL the money on the 3 items we (at work) agreed on... Dell is our vendor for cpus I guess but we can get any portable printer.. this is like a sat question, but whats the best shit, with those variables can we get for $4200 ( no tax, maybe shipping)??????????????

I think the problem is the usb drives... cuz my usb stick transfers shit fast to my laptop, but it takes forever to add shit to my usb stick from my desktop cpu, and my cpu is all tweaked and I have all the antivrus/trojan shit that you guys recommended before... my cpu is actually 5 yaers old, bought it july 2001, but I upgraded the memory a few yaers back to 512 from 128 and the video card from 28mb (lol) to256 or whatever that is... and i switched a few yaers back from ME/fat to xp/ntfs
