true...i have been eating less..but what is weird is all the people i know say you have to eat 6 small meals a day which allows your metabolism to continue working steadily...i am about to cop some of those supplemental bars to use as meal replacements too....i guess my supposed ideal weight is 215 to 220 or so....so i got a lot to do..one day at a time though, i ate well today and I am headed to the gym...keep up the good work

yo gooch this has me stoked....i am on the same path...with the slacking off problems to.. i am 285 right now and i set a goal of just ten pounds to lose...so i lift and do cardio, ride my bike etc....i told myself i have to work out 5 times a week..and im really trying to be motivated and shit. i know that after i lose 10lbs which is achievable i can lose more and so on....go for it bro..
