Tucker and Dale vs evil Horror comedy - more comedy than horror but fun to watch

bell's java stout - having been heavily drinking founders breakfast stout this just seems a bit thin to me but they are fairly similar in taste. any opinions on the bell's cherry stout? i'd like to try it but don't want to waste the dough if its gross.

yeah the canons are a much cheaper alternative to pro video rigs alot of movies and tv are being shot on them. i believe sound is the only drawback but that can be solved easily. this is what i am hoping to get eventually

victory yakima glory i know you guys aren't fans of victory but this was a decent purchase then again i hate southern tier and rogue so what do i know samichlaus was drawn in by the 14% but totally missed the "malt liquor" part very sweet very thick very undrinkable $20 4 pack would not buy again but i did down them very quickly and did get a strong buzz great lakes imperial blackout stout not too sweet and a lot of good flavors going on i love GL's seasonals but its funny because i never touch their normal runners 3 floyd's jinx proof lager very drinkable lager. i wish 3 floyds got more investing. they make some great beers but a lot of retailers don't like carrying them because they aren't consistent with shipping volume.

R danish movie- gives you that anxiety feeling similar to pusher city of life and death chinese point of view of WWII invasion by the japanese - similar to fires on the plain the japanese nationalists went crazy with death threats when this movie was shown in japan

left hand fade to black volume 3 pepper porter i think i'm coming to the conclusion that i just don't really like porters. i remember hating the anchor steam porter. big fan of stouts which may be the reason that this just doesn't do it for me usually they are sweet. this actually wasn't so i liked that fact but it just tasted like a gross version of the milk stout. which i like btw coney island freaktoberfest blood red beer. cool. smell uh gross. like a carbonated version of a v8 vegetable drink. guessing that its colored by beets or something else red. tastes at first like rancid strawberry soda then just has a gross aftertaste. avoid at all costs. besides my gross beers i'm enjoying my founders breakfast stout and will most likely buy a case to keep happy through the winter

yeah that one was sweet not too sweet though - i hate sweet beers i forgot the name but the similar style label in blue Ii think i liked better

just got back from youth of today / misfits what a load of shit. yot was only given a 30 minute set ( they were awesome ) fucking rock star danzig took like 1 hour and 30 minutes to set up only to play bullshit danzig songs from his 3rd and 4th album. metal head loved it he was terrible sounded like shit they played like 4-5 samhain songs. besides a few songs that sucked as well then they played a measly 5 misfits songs that i enjoyed but then they switched back to danzig and started playing bullshit again. i got into at least 3 shoving matches with metal heads that were way too bro-dog for their own good some dude tried to trip me while i was leaving then tried to trip my wife. fuck danzig if it comes through don't waste your time hope that yot headlines a small show so you can skip the metal shit

Incendies If you don't mind reading subtitles this was good. a bit slow at first as they try to set up the whole story but the ending was well worth it

so I never go to bullshit family get togethers the one time I say fuck and decide to rsvp to a wedding cro-mags decides to come to chicago for a free show. the free part is actually a bummer to me because that means you would need to get there extra early and then sit through a bunch of opening acts. from 4pm -7pm I don't think I can go to a wedding - skip the reception- then jet across town to get into a most likely packed venue. very split on this.

perfect host not what i expected, keeps you guessing. blue valentine when i saw the preview i really wasn't interested. my girl wanted to see it so i reluctantly watched it. i actually liked it. its basically when guys try to be the best men they can be but its never good enough for the women who are still waiting for knight and shining armour to rescue them. i could relate.

Troll hunter Norwegian film about a documentary crew that follows a troll hunter. Its kind of like national geographic meets hans christian anderson. norway itself is beautiful, i'm sure its also cold as shit in the wintertime. i'm not a fan of mockumentaries with the all hand held bs but they pulled it off with this one.

hey i wanted to let you guys know of a website called songkick.com it basically is a free account that you basically runs your itunes for band names if there are shows in your area it will automatically send you an email letting you location and time i have gone to shows i wouldnt normally have heard about because its not like i search the local newspaper weekly. just fyi

The Man of the Year Brazilian movie. a guy dyes his hair, gets made fun of and his life changes for the better/worse The Return of Chen Zhen Donnie yen is my favorite modern kung fu star. This is heavy on story, the action is awesome, could have been more of it but the I wasn't bored. Just don't go into this thinking non stop fighting. Mao's Last Dancer yes a movie about ballet. chinese guy gets picked out of a classroom of kid's to do ballet practices until he is awesome and then goes to the capitalist country of devil's and can't get enough of the white girls. chinese govt tries to get him back to china illegally i liked it The Man from Nowhere good korean flick, guy's only friend is a little girl that gets kidnapped to have her organs harvested dude goes and gets revenge. went a little long towards the end (as do most korean flicks) but they have been alot better than any other country's recent offerings i'll post more later
