I remember the first x-games and its been corporate from the start. As for skating city hall, its not that they let you, its the same situation as love park was. Sometimes they dont sweat you and sometimes they raid the place with bike cops. Its always been a mystery. But city hall has always been a spot thats seen a fair amount of action.
