Tough Love
alright...for some reason I got some shit on my computer...again...for the billionth time. we already spent about a week reformatting the whole thing and getting some anti virus shit, but since my parents, mainly my dad, is technologically inept, he did not realize that protecting against spyware is not as easy as he may have first though..anyways long story short, every time i open my goddamn internet explorer i get a different homepage, which says about:blank in its address bar and i get a wide array of new favourites. I already scanned my computer with our virus scan thing twice, and it found 7 "at risk" files and deleted all but 2....and for some reason, nothing has changed. what the fuck should i do, this is really starting to get on my nerves. I can't let my dad do this again for me cuz it took him about a week to get everything reformatted and installed...even tho there wasn't that much to do......anyways, any help would be very much appreciated and i will forever be in your debt, whoever helps

CACashRefund
When i switched to Firefox from Internet Explorer, my spyware/malware infections, ceased to virtually zero. So i would recommend using firefox as opposed to internet explorer. It might fix the homepage thing, but it will also prevent alot of that stuff getting into your computer in the first place because it isnt as faulty as IE
