Swiffer Jet
when i lived in the dorm, we had one big bathroom for each floor. as i was brushing my teeth in the morning, there were a few other people doing the same, BUT WITH THE FAUCET RUNNING. what makes people do this? are you lazy to turn it off then back on? LETS WASTE OUR RESOURCES KA-BLOOSH!

Guest imported_Tesseract
I plead guilty...i often feel bad about it and close it back down but most of the times i let it flow. I think the reason is that from an early age i enjoy so much the sound of water..it sucks though.
SteveAustin
I leave it running. I do the same damn thing when doing dishes also. I must be lazy.

Rodney Trotter
Usually yes, but I have really shitty taps that I have to turn about 30 times to get them on and off.

CinchedWaist
HELL NO!!!! This is one of my biggest pet peeves. My boyfriend does it sometimes and I get quite sassy. I'm not sure why it bothers me so much, maybe all the speeches in grammar school about wasting water.

!@#$%
people forget that water is [currently] a non-renewable natural resource.. your kids will be fighting wars over water.. as we fight wars over oil. (and that's not just me talking shit, that's from a discourse released by the U.N. many years ago analyzing future problems the world will face)
Guest imported_Tesseract
no, fuck that shit...the absolute teeth brushing pet peeve is when people press the toothpaste tube in the middle/front instead of the back like they suposed to do...its a clear sign that they dont understand how this world works... 26SidedCube
Yup. I brush my teeth for about 10-15 minutes at a time, too. Don't even get me started on the shower. Water's free in my building... and my rent can't be raised. Fuck them, I pay $1,000 a month for an apt. that'd be worth $450 anywhere else in the world. You bet your kegl I'm gonna get my $450 worth of water a month...

26SidedCube
^^ The Colgate Actibrush is the reason I spend about 10 minutes on my teef every day.. just hit the button, walk into the other room, watch TV and forget I'm brushing. I only drink Coke and I smoke about 2 packs of Reds a day, too. Not a stain on these bitches. 'Look at me.. big teeth...'
