sk8er6 Posted April 3, 2007 Share Posted April 3, 2007 alright, im working on the bold tic tac marker, had to try a diffrent way because the curves and arches of the cap would cause gaps and holes when glueing them. ill get pics after the jb weld dries/cures/sets. also, i heard you can make markers out of cheap ass disposable lighters, but i cant get the shit open after the white/plastic shit under the metal. any way yall know of. You should post flicks of that fabric cleaning pen you converted, and the Tic-Tac marker if you get around to it. Oink: What up big man! If you get bored on the internet and feel excited and not sure if you have a CONSTRUCTIVE comment to say... Just don't say anything. Go ride your bike around to a part of town you have never been to yet. Places you might have driven through, but never biked through. You will get fresh air and see real graffiti, not on the internet. You might even see some new spots or real people to talk to... get those social skills working better. Everyone, get outside. Get a bike. A busted cheap bike that won't get stolen, and head into the shitty areas of town. Grab a cheap camera, go take flicks of classic busted shit. It's in every town, and its more real than any "graffiti" you will see on this site. I promise you that. A lot of REAL writers don't get the glory on the net. This roller marker: LOOK AT IT. THINK about each part of that marker. It didn't come that way. THINK ABOUT HOW IT WORKS. You have a picture. You don't need anything else. THINK ABOUT EVERY PART OF THAT MARKER... I don't think you're too retarded to figure that out. knife trick didnt work. if you actually have advice about the lighter tell me. because i have tried and have made several homeades and am well acquainted with the basics. this is the tut i typed for stencil revolution. My favorite homemades- Gluestick/chapstic Empty out, drip a good amount of wax in, let cool. Then get some felt, cut and fold it, and stuff it in around the spindle as a nib.(felt is 20 cents at walmart) Make sure it will close without the nib touching the cap, and then drip in ink. In my opinion, Elmers gluesticks are best for this. 2 cm nib on the gluesticks, cant remember chapstic measures. Push Pop(candy, not ice cream) Eat up. Rinse it out, drip wax and let cool 3 seperate times, until you completely cover the slider. Then, flip over so its upside down, and completely seal the bottom. Cut and fold up felt, make sure it fits. Then, you are going to want to put in one small pin hole in the cap. If you do not, whaen you close it, it will push air that will push ink, almost like a pump, throught the bottom of the marker. Then drip in ink. 2 cm nib. Glue tube (glue pen in craft department at walmart, 54 cents) Empty out. rinse. fill with ink, stuff in felt. if you fill it with paint, you can use the original nib. squeeze for drips. 1 - 1.5 cm nib. -alternate Stuff the entire thing with felt and then drip in ink. more time consuming, but less hassle. WarHead Super Sour Spray Marker Empty contents. Pop open the sprayer, and then push the spray top out of its cap(it looks like this). Then, stuff some felt in, only as a nib as long as the marker, and stuff that into the tube. repace the nib cap. Soak the it with ink, and wait for it to soak the nib. 2.5 cm nib.
