Detoxing.

Recommended Posts

I recently made the decision to quit drinking and smoking cigarettes. I quit cold turkey and started riding every morning, and now, a week later, I'm so sick. My head hurts, my sinuses are clogged, and my throat is so raw. I thought quitting this shit was supposed to be a good thing. Lord, please make it go away.

Sick like how? Coughing and feeling a general discomfort in the lungal area? If so, your breathing apperati are experiencing a renewed appreciation for what people like to call oxygen. Keep at it and it will go away.
