eatyervegetablz Posted August 24, 2001 Share Posted August 24, 2001 personally, (JUST MY OPINION) i dont like his work all that much, after seeing one its like, ok now what? those installations could be interesting. the studio imitation sounds awesome, and it just kinda reenforces my opinion of him, it was more technique and the act, like some graffiti. i definitely give him credit as a painter, more original than me. also, whats with all the hating? any writers that hate art must have REALLY boring graf. at least thats my experience. speak up.... He was Canadian, and I think he was down with the group of seven. His stuff has similar abstract qualities, but the shapes and flow of it tie into some aspects of graf.
