once i had a dream my uncle was in two different rooms in his house at the same time and i woke up screaming and punching my ex girlfriend who was sleeping next to me. i definitely act out my dreams in real life sometimes especially if there's some kind of struggle. not good.

(my dad lives in another state and i haven't lived at home for a while so that was odd)

speaking of convict workouts, try the 100 burpee challenge. it's terrible and will make you want to die. but it sends your metabolism through the roof. *edit* make sure you do it with a full pushup on each rep or else it's cheating tabata pushups are hard too. pushups for 20 seconds, rest for 10.. repeat 8 times.
