For the record that does not hold at all wal marts, I know kids who have had charges pressed. However what does work quite well and lets you get away easy with lots at a time is self check outs. Buy one or two things (soda or w/e) and then fake swipe the rest, as the reciept is about to come out hit the blue arrow so it feeds more paper out so the person who watches them (usually barley) sees you rip a big reciept off and walk out with bags of shit (just make sure theres no alarm stuff, not even the things you did ring up just in case they still ring) and if you do somehow get caught and its only one or two items stolen just be like "Ugh I'm so bad at self check out."

They weren't the shooter, just the Sargent giving the statement. I'm gonna side with the cop on this one, the kid could have atleast said something about getting their phone. If I were a cop and saw the person I was arresting/talking to start reaching for something in their pocket without saying anything at all I'd shoot too. As for the kids age, kids are getting worse each year, I know 14 year olds who shoot up so I wouldn't be too shocked if some young kid was packing a gun.
