  3. Watched a video of two dudes taking turns flogging a woman in the street in Kabul. Sounds harsh, but the situation there now, is better than one more kid returning in a box IMO. Fuck that embassy too. If they want freedom/prosperity there they'll have to earn it for it themselves to truly value it. It is the way.
  4. Awesome, finally enjoying some beer and live music after the lock downs. Drinking_in_the_pit-sf9cfxcbadg71.mp4
  5. Capitalist AF, but an extreme over tipper right here. Probably overcompensation for the lesser known "black guilt" syndrome and I like doing it. Pretty common if you're a regular at a place in Denver, for the server/bartender to look out for you on free drinks as part of a never spoken about, or acknowledged employee theft for cash scheme that both parties can exploit. /pro-overtip™.
  6. Be honest, you know 100% people flexing those political view emoji's generally harbor a strong disdain for the property rights of those with more than them. It's jot a good look to enter into an arrangement with someone who's political views are OK with ripping you off. It's like not wanting to get raped, and avoiding a frat party.
  7. We ended up paying, and staying in our apartment 2 months after closing to finish out the lease. We didn't get shit done in the house like painting during those two months until after we moved in and the previous paint job was fucked. Bought end of August, in before Oct. 1st last year, and just finished painting half the interior a month ago. Procrastination oner.
  8. LE officers are generally very prone to suicide in the United States.
  9. Most people borrow the money to buy rental properties as opposed to paying in full up front, so they have to pay mortgages or the property goes into foreclosure. Also, it's next to impossible to sell a rental property with squatters in it, nobody wants to buy into that headache. Out of curiosity what do you think happens when renters refuse to pay their rent, and the owners aren't allowed to evict them for a year or two?

  12. I've heard landlord stories of real shitty tenants where they end up losing the property. Also been friends with a few squatters over the years. Probably better IMO for both sides to vet the other.
