i like renouned in this instance. you know what Lens some of the greatest novellists of the last 200 years couldn't spell to save their lives. i forget who it was but someone very reknowned didn't even use commas in their manuscripts, just a system of dashes. all grammatical mistakes are usually corrected by an editor. every writer needs a good editor, i guess that would make you the editor of 12oz. but the only person who thanks you for it is your own anus.
