i go to school for illustration. its all, really, a circle jerk and ive been having a hard time trying to separate myself from the pack

fuck it it only happens every few months and i drink like 3 or 4 times a week.... i'll deal haha i only made this thread cuz i was drunk and angry that it happened....

yo so anyone else have this problem? every now and then, like every few months, while drinking, my throat will close up so i can barely breathe, my face gets red as fuck, and my face and ears get real hot. this doesnt happen very often, but it's happened with all different types of alcohol. im not a bitch either, i can usually drink a good amount of beer, but i get mad as fuck when this shit ruins my night. anyone know anything?any insight is appreciated. ps i know yous will all make fun of me, whatever.

i lost about 60 lbs a few years ago just by eating healthy and doing pushups and situps every day. fuck a gym, fuck a diet, just eat healthy and walk around every day. it takes two weeks of doing something every day to become habit, so if you can get past those first two weeks then youre good. keep at it dude, its rewarding. good luck.
