I've had a filemp3 account for 114 weeks now, but I hardly use it. they don't use passkeys so you can't seed from other computers other than the one that you're logged in from. I use a seedbox for my torrents, so it's a hassle to vnc into the seedbox, then use firefox to visit filemp3 to download the torrent and start it on that computer. with most sites that use passkeys, you can just download the torrent, upload it to the webui that's running on the seedbox and just download it via ftp when the it's done. plus you get the bonus of a 10 to 100mbps on the upload speeds, blowing your ratio up.

my friend has a handful of duis, and got out of more than a few, and here is his lawyer's advice: never blow, always opt for the blood test. you have the right to choose. 1. it takes time to take you to the designated hospital they draw blood at (longer wait = less BAC) 2. once you get there, they make you wait a little longer 3. after they've taken the blood, there's a chain of custody, and everyone has to sign off on the blood sample that handles it, increasing the chances of someone fucking up if you go blow in the breathalyzer at the jail, your fate is pretty much sealed.

actually, version 1.6.1 (build 488) was the first one since bittorrent, inc. took over. conveniently, right after they bought them out, a vulnerability was found and they pushed the update on everyone. after hours of packet logging from a number of people, there was no evidence of anything. btw, you might want to upgrade to v1.7.2 that was released the other day. v1.7 reported stats to the tracker incorrectly, and v1.7.1 didn't respect the 'private' flag when using local peer discovery (which should be turned off anyway). I quit using it back before the sellout, but try to keep abreast of things...
