i dont feel like writing it all out, i do 4 hours a week cardio and 2,5 hours weight training broken down into the groups of shoulders/neck,chest,arms,legs. I'm getting very very tired of my home boy telling me the weight he's lifting when i know its a down right fucking lie. I might son on him if he keeps this shit up.

Re: motorbikes! i still want a bike.....i'm looking.kawasaki zzr250 was one i looked at, it was for new jacks, and I've never had a dirt bike or moped so i nee to start small. I'm not a big crotch rocket guy so maybe a older honda or soemthing.
