Telo
Here we go, short and to the point. Im doing an argumentative speech on why the current president should not be re-elected for a second term for one of my liberal arts classes. This is what i need and i come to you guys to help me get through this. -Websites including cold hard facts. -Unusual tidbits of info with sources/links. -Anything you you think can improve my speech. Thankyou brothers and sisters.. I love you all.. (except tease) (and crimson) (and that dude who speaks with broken english).

26SidedCube
I'm sure you've seen this, it's not much for argument's sake but maybe you can make a referance to Bush's being the highest spending president in History and mention exactly how much land $166 Billion covers. Sorry, I just woke up from an 8 hour nap and I've got a bad case of the stupids. http://www.crunchweb.net/87billion/ Obscure facts are always nice when presented right. villain
well i usually go to www.disinfo.com and www.infowars.com http://www.guerrillanews.com/ And read a-infos! I've been reading that over a decade. It used to be just a bunch of letters maybe printed in a zine or something before the existance of the internet.... but you may find those a little too far on the lunatic fringe where i like to frolic and play. then there are sites who like to try and appeal more to the average american like www.indymedia.org PMB likes http://www.talkingpointsmemo.com/ And it's got good points. I see alot of stuff from www.dailykos.com . Or you could just read some noam chomsky. Listen to radio like I'm really enjoying this http://www.airamericaradio.com/ There is really a ton of stuff out there about bush. You could just look though my post history too! I have alot of junk in there.

Poop Man Bob
A few sites. http://atrios.blogspot.com http://www.billmon.org http://www.washingtonmonthly.com http://www.dailykos.com http://www.talkingpointsmemo.com http://www.unelectable.com Bush's resume I'd concentrate on three areas: 1) economy; 2) war on Iraq (and corresponding lies, etc.); and 3) stonewalling of 9/11 commission. gfreshsushi
tips for argumentative speech: -it's an argument. you can exaggerate and get away with it. make absurd comparisons and barely back it up with thin metaphors. it'll be fun. -eye contact and memorization are key. -most speeches are better at higher volumes. -point at unsuspecting people when you reference "the right wing conservatve nazi regime." it makes for a good question and answer session at the end.
