Seasonal jobs, cheap living and a midlife crisis

With marriage being the leading cause of divorce, I find myself living outdoors for the 1st time in 10 years and thus free to indulge in midlife crisis.

I have been spamming the hell out of https://www.coolworks.com]and was wondering if any of you nomads have any experience with them.  I'm  mainly trying to get winter caretaker gigs ATM with the one I hope for being a winter in Alaska flying solo for 4 months.

I'm also utilizing the standard urban outdoorsman resources craigslist gigs, https://www.couchsurfing.com/][url=https://squattheplanet.com/making-living/ free trial memberships to gyms etc.

Anyone ever done those seasonal gigs and what resources am I missing?

If you wanna lean into the hustle, getting an international student identification card (ISIC) may be worth the hassle of enrolling in a community College for a semester and withdrawing after you recieve the ISIC. To be eligible for ISIC you need to show prrof of being a full time student but can then withdraw after recieving the card. Free public transit depending on where you are. Basically student discounts anywhere you go, that shit can add up.

There's a ton of seasonal stuff out my way. PM me if you want more info, but yeah... Its pretty huge at the local ski / mountain bike resort as well as a bunch of other spots.

Have not done myself but have known peeps who do.  Kind of depends what you picture yourself doing besides Alaska caretaker.  You can get those type gigs in some of the other Northerly, or highly elevated, spots in the upcoming season.  Def have known people who roll between New England summer/fall and Florida winter/spring doing the seasonal bar and retail scenes.  Never seen a resource for that, you just show up looking for work and they're typically looking to hire.

I hear the Overlook Hotel can be quite nice in the winter months. Don’t forget to bring an axe

Free vacation or indentured servant, either way looks like I'll be cleaning up after all the Kyle and Karens in Colorado.  I hear nobody puts baby in the corner.  Looks like they never encountered a somebody and that's where I come in.

From what I gather, being without a car means I am either going have to be social, acquire a bike, get familiar with Amazon. or any combination of those.

So coolworks can come through.

If its anything like out here, there's probably a snow bus that makes runs around town every 30 minutes.

Hello everyone! I recommend the site  single latinas near me as it is possible to find a person who is right for you. I recommend it personally from myself, because now I am not in search of a serious relationship and I immediately talk about this to my interlocutor. many girls are not against it, therefore communication develops very well;)

you mean you can smash her culo and then go home alone?
