Spawn-Of-Sham
your stuffs relatively clean, just a lil more practice and cut backs and you got it. letters need work
stealthyxcougar
freeofcharge, your G is sick, i think it'd look a lot better if you'd give the rest of the letters the same amount of negative space that you gave the G. it'd balance it out a little more hungriest hippo, looks like you're spending way more time on fills than letter structure, i wouldn't be able to tell what any of those say if it weren't for the tag in the second one. in my opinion letter structure is the thing that you need to get worked out first, once you get a basic concept of that then you can play around with fills. not hating, just letting you know what you need to work on. and those blue things don't make any sense at all. Hungryest Hippo
the blue things are actually the curve of the J and the curve of the bottom of the G. there part of te letters not add ons. i like to seperate curved angles from the straits so thats how i express that.. im gonna make the " bubbles" look like there absorbing the straits next time to get it across
stealthyxcougar
But the letters themselves don't make sense. You seem to have a legible handstyle, if you thickened that up then you could have a piece that made some sense. It's not that the ideas are bad, it's that the letter structure isn't there. Hungryest Hippo
i would think the last 2 are more acceptable to purists of graf, not really my steez anymore
515ZomB
JEG Those are very nice, the fills are fucking nuts. Very original. Also I love the simplicity of the last one. Just some throwie shit. I need to paint some straights. I was gonna today but I didn't feel prepared enough without a sketch on me lol. My throwie letters are easy. Went painting with my buddy Monk (Originally from Chicago), finally finding people to paint with.

515ZomB
I know, the sad part is that was the quickest one I did. There were people walking and jogging and biking all over lol. It's a bike path that runs under a highway bridge.
Spawn-Of-Sham
Ah. You still usin all rusto with stock caps?
515ZomB
The white and red one were actually $1 walmart paints lol, I generally use those to bomb hollows because their coverage is horrible so a fill never looks great. The green and blue piece is Montana gold.
redeyedanimal
My throwie letters are easy. but still pretty wack to be honest. And def don;t use mtn gold yet, unless you have the cash to always use them. You'll get spoiled and rustos will be too difficult to work with if that's all you can get.
