RumPuncher
I've never owned seasons tickets to anything before, but today I ordered my first ever pair of seasons tickets. I put in an advance deposit months ago, and it paid off. I am now, the holder of Seats 1 & 2, FIRST ROW, upper level. So I'm just off of dead center, in the first row of the balcony. What team you're probably asking? (if you're still reading) My city's brand new Major League Soccer expansion team. damn.... I'm excited! Next summer is going to be VERY entertaining. RumPuncher
my seat isn't even there yet, but I'm damn excited! the only problem is that all the other seats in the row are 'corperate seats' which means I'll be with the suits. meh... making I'll make some rich friends? Guest R@ndomH3ro
Throw beer at them Start a Football Hooligan type riot in the suit seats

RumPuncher
Start a Football Hooligan type riot in the suit seats The plan is that we'll scalp the seats once in a while and buy seats in the ultras section (and lots of beer)
Weapon X
Good call on getting those. I recently found out that my friend who works at a law firm gets mad Leaf tickets (gold and platinum) for cheap, so I'm pretty happy, too.
RumPuncher
Every leafs ticket is a corperate ticket. you know how hard / expensive it is for an average fan to get tickets to a game? Part of my excitement is that this could be my one shot at getting 'legacy tickets'. Tickets so good, that they become a family tradition. Tickets that are so good that even the scalpers are in awe of them. Tickets that can make a business deal, work as a wedding present, and advance my career goals. Damn these are good seats! I jsut hope the team doesn't suck it.
Gunm
nice...you can spit on people below you if you feel motivated to do so. That alone would be enough for me to buy season tickets.

I jsut hope the team doesn't suck it. That's why I said good call. If the franchise takes off, you're gonna be totally set. And, yeah, I know fully well how hard it is to get Leaf tickets. The last few games I've been to were seats from lawyers. The girl I know, she works at a bigtime corporate law firm and the lawyers often put their tickets (the ones they can't attend or give away) in a "pool" of sorts, where people can buy them for cheap. Apparently, there's a ton every season. So I'll definitely be taking advantage.
RumPuncher
when I was talking to the sales rep he asked if these were 'business or personal' seats. I didn't want to tell him I'd be painting my face and setting off road flares right next to the suits.

4thefence
Soccer is cool. I love when they score a goal, rip their jersey off and run around in their sports bra. I'd bang Brandi Chastain.

4thefence
Soccer will never live up to baseball or football. Why? Because you can't love a sport where the women of your country are better than the men. That is MAN LAW.
