All adds on myspace don't load up, where the ads are it's just a screen sayin "Could not load page" or whatever. That doesn't really bother me, even though it also means that I can't hear any music on myspace. What's starting to get on my nerves is that I can't read any of the text sites like http://www.silversunpickups.com, or use the viraptor.info site to watch deleted videos on dailymotion and youtube. SUR X3 Posted March 30, 2007 Share Posted March 30, 2007 Premiere isn't that hard. Basics... Go to the project folder>right click> import. That's where you import all your video and audio files... Above the timeline there is a bar, click and drag that to zoom in and out of the timeline, you need to use that so you can cut precisely where you want to. There are two screens. The one on the right is a preview. The one on the left is the effects cue. Effects can get kind of complicated so that might be something you want to read up on, there are key frames and stuff. But once you understand it it's pretty easy. To insert titles, just go to TITLE>New title>Default still Then type whatever you want. All the font stuff is on the right hand side... Actually a quick little thing about effects. Make a title, type whatever you want.(to get out of the title screen just click the x in the corner.) Then click and drag that into your timeframe at VIDEO 1. Then click the clip and it should show up in the left hand side, the effects editing cue. Click the arrow by opacity, then you will see a thing that looks like a stopwatch. Click it a couple of times, see the diamond that shows up? That is a key frame. Click it until the diamond shows up, then where it says 100.00% change it to 0. It will disappear. Then click and drag the timeline that's directly to the right of that to about a quarter way through. Go to where you just typed 0 and type 100. Then go to about 3quarters and click the number and write 100 again. Then go to the end and type 0. You just made a fade in/out with your title. Go to the right hand side, which is the preview cue, and press play, you will see the title zoom in and out. To make a title longer or shorter, just click and drag the ends of it in the main timeline. To cut a video clip, use the razor blade. If you want to add more effects, on the left hand bottom, there is a video effects folder. Just click and drag whatever effect you want to the effects cue. Yeah, getting a hang of the effects is the hard part. I am just trying to make a slideshow of photos set to music to get a hang of it. Once I have it sussed, I'll get onto making some vids for here. And is there any reason why it says the program has expired? I have to go into my date/time settgins and change it to the year 2000 for the program to work, which is annoying if I am going to sites that need cookies to find photos. Somethign to do with the crack I think. I might search for a patch or something, as when I changed the date back to present day (so I can still browse sites) the encoding froze on me.
