nozaki Posted September 23, 2005 Share Posted September 23, 2005 ok, i'm confused...i got into a genre of music under the impression that it was grime. it has no vocals, and most of it sounds nothing like the beats that i hear these grime artists using...what's the deal? are there like sub-genres or something...maybe i have dubstep records and don't know it? but i know the records i have are known for being grime records....please explain. here's a list of some of the "grime" producers i have records from: Slaughter Mob, Search & Destroy, Mark One, Plasticman(the grime one, not the techno one), Benny Ill, Flatline, Vex'd, Toasty Boy, Skinnz , etc mostly all off of labels like: Tempa, Soulja, Big Apple, destructive recordings i can't remember all the names...i'm at work at the moment...but i'm sure you get the picture... edit for spelling Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
