kido
from what Ive picked up you are a borderline alcoholic, not bipolar. You create chaos for yourself, thats just what we do. Sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes ya dont.

&Lobotomized
I feel ya..I have broken so many things over the years...last year I broke a glass blender on my own forehead. I was busy making a kava shake to slow down my thoughts and calm me down, the blender was leaking and I just lost it. It seems like a bunch of writers I've met have mood swings...at least one friend is also diagnosed bipolar. mania makes me feel creative and destructive at the same time especially when i'm more dysphoric...so graffiti is just what the doctor ordered.
