Pet
Dude, as you can see in my post count, I am not posting a lot, I read a lot. I read almost the whole thread (made it to the end with hopping over some pages because of the DED-fight you had here) two months ago, it took me about two weeks. The sad thing is that I bought bucket paint NOW, not two months ago and I don't remember almost anything about bucket paint written here. I only remember someone wrote something about thinning paint with alcohol, so I simply asked over, okaaay? Still, thanks, my cheap-cheap paint is not oil-based, so I'll be smarter next time... asdf_va!
I know the answer. It's on the first page. It's ironically on the page before this one. Your assumptions in your above post are incorrect. 1-934-778-7243... again, thats 1-9-FIRST-PAGE.
Pet
That's right, now after looking there again I really see the text about mineral spirits. Ok. Thank you again. PEACE. Don't get so irritated so fast, chill...
asdf_va!
^^you have no idea. Don't tell people you don't know, and are asking for help from, to chill either.
on1
There is only pigment style white Marsh. They don't make the dye type. yes there is
asdf_va!
You can't dye something white. You can only take color away to get white. So he(eastcoastghost) is right.
slipone
PET post counts dont matter. And if youve been on the site for as long as I, asdf_va and other people have been on here you will know why we are quickly irritated. Also if u did real all the pages then youd find you answer quickly becuase it was answered on the first page. ok moving on....

TeezerPHM
The carbon paper thing doesn't work anymore. Unless you can get PURPLE carbon from back in the day.
Yuki Nagato
I tried some the other month and it didn't really turn out that great.
JigaboosPigaboos
It doesnt sound that good. Maybe with something else to thicken it up add in some stamp pad ink or india ink or whatnot.
slipone
^^why whould you thicken ink?
JigaboosPigaboos
Because just alcohol with bits of carbon paper in it wouldnt go on things for shit. Just some acrylic paint in that would probably make it alot better.
MAXIMA27
Would it be ok to add black garvey ink to DO-EM-DIRTY?? I got a bunch of the black garvey, and if I could add that to the DED, it would last alot longer.

slipone
Story: I just finished taking a shower and decide to chek my nycmop and shyt was drippin on me and the ink inside is a mix of pilot and garvey. Question: dont think this has been covered yet but, what is a fast way to clean ink from your hands? usually i just use soap and a rough sponge to get the ink off. Get some of that soap with the grit stuff in it. Works like a charm. I'm not at home and don't remember the name of the kind I have, but I'm assuming any of that kind will do. TeezerPHM
Lava soap or some shit from back in the day (wit pumice in it). Also a pumice stone can help.
asdf_va!
I found this synthetic sponge/pumice at the beauty shop. Yes... I was at the beauty shop. It was the size of a bar of soap, and bright yellow. Nothing special, other than it falls apart after a while, but it's a good thing. Otherwise it would have cut the shit out of me. Anyway... this stuff works for ANY stain or paint I have had on my hands, arms, anywhere. Don't even need soap. Just water. Soap helps... but I don't even know if there is a brand name. They use it on feet that have callouses. Check it out. It works fast!
slipone
Hmm yah i use this sponge with some gritty rough shyt at the top and a regular sponge a the bottom. Just a really scratchy bar. Looks soft, but its not. Bright yellow, and made to soften the bottom your feet. No soap needed. EDIT:It works so well because it is seriously taking the top layer of your skin off. But it's ok... Your skin might get a little red for a few minutes, then its ok. And you get super soft bankers hands that the ladies LOVE!
