Ok, I’m not looking for any dry snitchin here, but I was thinking about something and wanted to see what others thought…. My question is does Boston have a lack of a better word, signature piece of graffiti. A piece of graff that dudes that know nothing about are town are like wow….that shit right there... I can think about a few for a couple other places as example: NYC - the original Brooklyn Bridge hit by Sane (it was him right?) - the 3 worm trains done (8-10 whole cares) 1. 1976 Freedom Train, by Caine and ???, 2. Japan(?) and ???, and 3. 2006 the MUL train. LA - Seen on the Hollywood sign - Saber’s River piece Other- where ever that MTA roller is from (if you haven’t seen it, it’s massive)…. I am sure other citys got theres but what is ares, or do we even have one. Again I am not looking for dry snitchin,…. so maybe it is something we just cant say, and time will reveal its self…. does seattle have an iconic piece? i remember the first spot that got me hyped on graf was that "rainpoe" roller on the green bridge going over i-90 when you roll in to town on 1-5 lookin to the right. and any tred shit. dogface Posted November 17, 2007 Share Posted November 17, 2007 ^^ yea i would go with the plus roller too. ive heard he did it but i also heard it was a memorial peice, not that it matters as far as it being iconic. i'm gonna say the old plus heaven that was still there last time i rolled thru a couple years ago, i'm not talking about the bridge in tacoma, the fwy sign. that was the first graff i ever saw in seattle, in 1999 i think, and it was already pretty old. then theres the gkae bridge. and there was another metal bridge going across the fwy with toss ups all the way across it, you'd see it coming into the city from the east, pretty sure it finally got buffed. who was that?
