Emit, Gaze, Envy, Serk, Ice, Jeck, Jive... lots of heads. and the influence went both ways- remember, it was its own scene, all in the immediate shadow of the city and (geographically) attached to the bronx. it would be cool to head up to Norwalk and see the drastic difference in styles, yet there was always crossover. emit- wouldn't you say that the name DF initially came from the Mad Grill?
