A little hard to tell. It appears someone has copied from some different artists and pieces they have seen. There are a few brands doing this, and others that make decals to go on models. Usually someone has copied something they saw on a fr8, sometimes quite poorly, and made it into a decal. Know I've seen Jase, Ich, Mecro before on models (made for rail fans). There are subway versions done specifically for graf fans/collectors (and much more expensive).

Thread seemed a bit suspect when I saw it. Still does.
