  1. No room in the fridge oner. Didn't slice until today. Chocolate pie crust, added bourbon to the pumpkin pie mix, caramelized (and slightly burned) powdered sugar on top with a torch.
  2. Maple Syrup Winter Squash (Pumpkin), dressed in Maple Syrup, Olive Oil, Hot Paprika, Red Chili Flakes, Lemon, Salt, Pepper, roasted 425 for 25 minutes, then drop some toasted hazelnuts on top. Stuffing baked on the side: Crushed Sour Cream, instead of mashed taterz. Downed two big plates, Cheers to 2019
  3. @DETO big ham + big turkey = strong leftover game.
  4. Insane, firs time I've seen a turkey grilled. Looks like they came out good also.
  5. Home made bread flex: Dill and onion sourdough brioche rolls Cranberry sourdough loaf Torn apart maple oat loaf (not home made, shewolf bakery) drying out for the stuffing.
  6. Brûléed Bourbon-Maple Pumpkin Pie Chocolate Crust: ¼ cup plus 1 Tbsp. Dutch-process unsweetened cocoa powder 3½ tablespoons granulated sugar 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1¼ cups plus 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting 6 tablespoons (¾ stick) chilled unsalted butter, cut into pieces 2 tablespoons chilled vegetable shortening, cut into pieces 1 large egg yolk ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar https://www.bonappetit.com/recipe/bruleed-bourbon-maple-pumpkin-pie Super simple just a dry rub, a little brown sugar, sea salt, and thyme applied 24 hours before baking. This is literally our first Thanksgiving in a minute where we didn't have either vegans, or lactose & gluten intolerant guests. Going super traditional this year just because we can. Just checked out the Alton Brown IG, def looks like he's got poultry on lock. I'd say if it ain't broke don't fix it. Truth right here, it's all about the leftovers which is why I like hosting.
  7. She looks like she smells like ground hamburger meat even after a good shower.
  8. Small never frozen turkey getting the brine treatment as we speak. Also wife getting started on a chocolate pie crust for the pumpkin pie. So you could say things are getting serious.
  9. That's going to be a zero from me dawg. Not home made.
  10. Would not recommend storing flammable gas devices inside, let alone above that Dmark. That's called a Dmark, it's a device that taps into, and splits up phone lines to make on premise connections. A phone line normally carries 50v dc for dial tone, and can jump to 110v dc when it's ringing, enough to make a spark Even if the lines were all dead, an outside electrical storm could cause any gas in the coset to ignite (arcs between the Dmark and Ground) Your fuel type is a flammable gas, for this reason national building code wouldn't allow it to be stored inside under most conditions I store propane outside on my balcony in open air, so does everyone else following code correctly like gas stations etc. if you've noticed
