  1. The movie was alright, and as is with most cases it fell really far from the original book in quality and story. I give props to Will Smith for having to carry the entire film on his own for the most part, his acting was on par.. but the CG looked off to me, the ending was terrible, and because of the huge difference from the original story to this movies translation I just couldn't get into it. I would give it a 4 out of ten.
  2. That kitten should have been put down. People are ridiculous when it comes to things like this. You could either choose to put the kitten out of its suffering or, choose to spend thousands of dollars on medical bills to provide it with a quality of life that even a aborted horse fetus would not envy. Back on subject, Flickr isn't too shabby.
  3. The trailer look's amazing, I love the part where Gordan says he (the Joker) had nothing in his pocket but knives and lint. The make up looks great as well. Im surprised this was not posted.
  4. Did you catch the Dark Knight prologue with it? I have to say it look's better then the original version, but something about movies that feature Will Smith and C.G. are always a cause of doubt for me.
  5. To be honest I'm actually surprised seeking or glik0 have not band me yet. Go figure.
  6. Lets not leave out Judas Priest or Iron Maiden (W/ Paul Diano.)
  7. Part of the abandoned zoo in Los Angeles. It's nothing special, although I have been told it got caught in the fire that took place a while back and was look's a bit more interesting now. *The Lion cages are pretty cool.
  8. One would hope that after getting caught driving drunk and high on PCP, being beaten by the cops and having a role in the L.A. riot's he would have worked to make something better of himself..and yet.. here he is getting shot in the face by a pellet gun. Go figure.
  9. And thats when she folds it in half.

  11. Today's issue of the Melbourne Sunday Herald-Sun (Sept 23) carries a brief interview with Michael Caine talking about Heath Ledger's performance in THE DARK KNIGHT, suggesting he could be up for an Oscar nomination for his work. Here's some of what Caine had to say: "The worry going in was The Joker. Jack Nicholson was the greatest Joker so, you know, how do you top that? Well, Heath Ledger's done it and he's extraordinary. He's gone in a completely different direction to Jack. Jack was like a clown figure, benign but wicked, maybe a killer old uncle. He could be funny and make you laugh. Heath is like a really scary psychopath. I did one scene with him and he was ready to go and had to come up in a lift and raid our place. I didn't see him for rehearsal and when he came out of the lift he was so incredible I forgot my lines. He frightened the life out of me. I'd never met him before. He's a lovely guy and his Joker is going to be a hell of a revelation in this picture." There is also a seven minute intro/short running with I Am Legend that introduces the Dark Knight Joker.
  12. These girls are cornier then my shit. It would be cool if they stuck true to the self imposed title.
