(however interpret it as you will) but what it means TO me and FOR me is this> rap is rap. thats the music. hip-hop is your mind frame. to me, i dont care what the next guys idea of hip-hop is. i do as i please, how i want when i want and only IF i want. i like everything from creedence clearwater to primus to buck65 to 2pac to whatever the hell i like. hip-hop is simply a mind-frame. its an easy way to define who you are. like i said i dont care about the next guys idea about it, but to me, hip-hop means being myself, being diverse, and multi-cultural. it does not make me. hip-hop is a sense of freedom to me in a world where there is hardly such a thing.

lookin for long mixes (45 minutes+) like the CPI mixes and teil 2 (i believe thats who did this one> its trip-hop2005 or some shit. anyone know any other dj's or whatnot who i could download these mixes from? or anyone know dj's who particularly use a lot of acoustic guitar samples. or classic rock. thank you my fellow 12ouncefucks and do enjoy my waste of your time if you have no fucking clue what im talkin about. ;)
