Most kids who write are into hip hop, but there are a lot of hipster doofuses too. I like stuff like Suicide File, Internal Affairs, Carry On, Descendents, miracle mile, survivors, etc. Some hip hop like immortal technique , jedi mind tricks, etc. go.
