Mixing paint was actually an enjoyable part of of the whole process back then... Was great to make colors that simply were not available anywhere... and everyone had their own little formula for jungle green that they swore by. (egon 2 !!!!) Not having a color you really needed on the spot was no problem when you could just make it on the spot... was also rewarding to discover how it was done on your own... *And that alley by the tune inn made me lose my mind... Do you have the flick of the piece right around the corner you did? Had some silver in it along with wink in the doorway
