  1. Your either talking about the brand new SB Team edition Delta Forces Asia Exclusives. Or your talking about the Supas. Either one i think will be hard to find. But the deltas havent dropped yet. Quoted post [/b] OR...he's talking about the white orange and blue ones that they sell at every footlocker in the country.
  2. note to all you motherfuckers who leave NYC and can't stop talking about how it's the best place in the world and how everything is better there: GO BACK HOME. we don't want you here. you're grown ups and can make your own decisions, don't push all that shit on the rest of us because "nothing is the same as NY".

haha....i've been trying to cop a pair of xubas in chicago bears colors for a long time. they're harder to find than you'd think. for those out of the loop they're those horrible late eighties pants that have zebra stripes in the colors of different nfl teams.

bringing this one back from the dead. been riding a bunch in between working all the time. so i finally got my seatpost unseized. they didn't have to cut it out, but i lost a relatively new thomson seatpost in the struggle. managed to come up on a record titanium to take it's place for a relatively good price. looking forward to building my bike back up this weekend. i haven't had it for 2 months so it'll be like riding a brand new bike.

seized seat post over here....again...i don't know why i haven't learned this lesson yet. i'm on the back up ride till i can get it sorted out. been soaking for the last week.
  8. it wasn't the prettiest, but sire and stren just would not stop bombing D>C> ... i was a big fan. sire definitely accomplished so much in his short life, i had no idea he was so young, that means he must've been 14-16 when he was kinging d.c. one of the few writers who managed to make graffiti into a livelihood and represent the lifestyle to the rest of our generation. RIP man. stay up.
  9. looks fucking excellent.
  10. BAD crew's young and motivated and stays up in a city that you need to consistently bomb to stay up in. what's wrong with that? propers.

44:15 or 47:16....50:17 isn't bad but it's ugly. very comfortable. easy on the knees, rarely spin out. you don't need to go any faster in the city.

oh right on....looks a lot better than how bianchi has built up their regular pista. i saw on the 05 pista they finally dropped those crappy truvativ cranks for some lower end sugino stuff. what made you decide against going with Vanilla>? i know you were pretty geeked about those a year or so ago?

congrats J, buying new bikes is pretty fun. how did you build up your new rig? i just went from 50 hours/wk on the bike down to about 5/wk of leisurely commuting and going to and from the bar! i can feel my belly growing! :king:
  17. my signature notwithstanding, i can't hang with spending too much on jeans to look fly in. i ride my bike everywhere (read: ass worn out) and manage to have silver dripped all over everything i own. it just ain't worth it for me. i get the same size color model of levis every six months. besides, last thing i need is another expensive habit to complement my sneaker habit.

me too...they didn't crack but i kept on wearing through BB's and finally there was play between the splines and a new BB. besides, they were heavier than a tank and those splined BB's cost a shitload. Dura Ace Campy Sugino 75 i've got a set of sugino's that've practically been through a war and they're still strong and an old pair of square taper campy's

thanks guys, yeah, the bike actually showed up on ebay, and on my way into work this morning like 3 people called and told me. (good to have people that look after you) so i checked the web and the sellers info was actually the address of a pawn shop in my city. i went in took a brief look around, spotted it and walked out. i had the police report and serial# on me so i called them and (long story short, paperwork paperwork etc etc. ) got it back. they had a white LOOK (bernard Hinault) road bike that was in there that i know that was stolen but i couldn't rescue it because i didn't know the owner. sucks. what's funny is the bike is cleaner and in better condition than when i lost it. they armor alled the tires and completely cleaned the wheelset and frame...they even cleaned the bar tape. so it was kinda like a detailing that took too long. they actually showed me a picture of the dude who pawned it, (he's already got cases pending) and i got his name and address, but i prolly won't do anything until the case is finished, the last thing i need is an assault charge and the case to be dropped. fuck im. who knows though, if i see him on the street, it'll be hard to resist doing anything....sucker. hope shit's going good !@#$%
