There are alotta fucked up people in the US but I think thats kinda off due to the fact that not every country worldwide goes out documenting what type of killer committed a homocide. I think the sickest serial killer was that guy from Chicago who was a clown by day and kept his victims bodies under his stairs or some shit like that.
