Fist 666 Posted August 30, 2007 Share Posted August 30, 2007 I woke up feeling a lot more relaxed and mentally good today. I ran like 40 laps last night and then lifted for about 20 minutes. I'm about to go run again. I'm going to hit the GNC and also get that sea salt today. I will report back. 40 laps? 10 miles? if you've got that in you you're in a pretty good spot to begin with...
