Its not like the cop shot him and said it was an "accident" or that he "thought his spray can was a gun", he ran him the fuck over... Ill say i dont know what happened, but this seems like this could be one of those cases were the cop was, at least, reckless and it ended in a tragidy. "Its a [known fact] that criminals start off breaking the law by doing doing small things(such as graffiti) which leads to bigger things......" when will people pull their heads out of 60 minutes ass and search for their OWN information...
