don't shit where you eat, no?

it's when things go bad that this becomes a real problem.

i dated a friend's brother for awhile, things were totally cool for a hot minute, until he started going a little nuts and i had to break it off.

even though his sister and i remained friends, and still are close, even many years later, it is STILL causing complications. i sometimes have a weird effect on guys and he is very intimidated by me and doesn't really wanna be around me..even though our breakup was amicable and about TEN years ago.

his sister has to make sure neither of us is at her house at the same time.

the whole thing is just lame and regrettable.

you should thank your friend for trying to help.

better than jumping into the back seat with her

while you get stuck playing chaufeur.

Public transport is great here (in my city).

I dont own a car and with the snow on the ground today,

the bike is out of the question. Actually.... if you live in any

urban center (toronto, montreal, vancover) there's really

efficient public transport to deal with all the work commuters.

Let me clarify yet another thing: I had played a gig earlier that night, so my bass (yes, the big upright bass) was riding shotgun, so they were both squeezed in the back.

And no pics, sorry man. I gotta save up a little and get that camera I've been drooling over forever, which is gonna take a bit longer especially after I got my ass beat in traffic court today. And I defintely want to at least pay a visit to Canada sometime, just to check it out.

I'm not really contemplating anything though, as I'm not interested in getting involved with her on more than a friends level. I don't know where all this emo came from though, I'm usually not like this.

I wish this thread would just vanish.

haha...

If you wait for the summer.... I've got a couch you can crash on.

oh... and do you really want this thread to vanish?

I know someone who can help.

Thanks man, that all depends on how much money I save by then. I wanna do some travelling for sure though.

Heh, well maybe we should just let it fade on its own, and I'm sure people can learn a thing or two from such an enlightening thread.
