you're actually wrong. i mentioned the wash out which would be created by the depth of field before, and i was corrected by the person who took the photograph.

 

 

its an intentional blurr added after the photo was taken to keep the location hush hush.

 

 

leave it at that

A freight at rest tends to stay at rest and a freight in motion tends to stay in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.

 

according to your logic. this effect would be the natural<no digital enhancement>result of placing a camera parallel to intended subject and travel with said subject at same velocity, distance. the background is moving however the subject is not. or so it would appear in the lens of a camera
