  1. yooooooo here are some reps that i want they're mostly nike but thiiiis...this is what i want
  2. @misteravenhave you ever dealt with overseas manufacturers?
  3. I'm asking the supplier, because of what they supposedly offer for their blanks, if I can make any changes to the blank and if that would cost more. Yea, that last part sounds fucking stupid but whatever. and Raven was right, jesus, samples are fucking ass rape prices.
  4. It's going to take me approximately 4 months to get all of my art ordered and paid for. The reason I want the graphics done so badly is because, since this is my first "collection", I have another set of graphics that I want to work on. I have other artists that I would like to work with. I believe I can get my blank tees done in 1 swoop. They'll probably get here on february. After that, the only real expenses that i can concentrate on is the cardigan and shorts, decks, and tee shirt printing
  5. good thing they're gore tex LMAO
  6. I just had a revelation Im gonna be honest with myself and get over the fact that I cannot yet buy Made In America tees in bulk too fucking expensive My frat bro from college led me to a website that puts me in contact with manufacturers and suppliers *AHEM* *AHEM*....excuse me I'm gonna have to keep this on the down low The good thing is, the more i order the cheaper each tee gets. There is a price that I am very happy with....fuck i hope i can put this together My only concern right now is to get all of my graphics together as soon as possible I've decided to print 3 graphics for my first drop fucking hell...Raven is gonna rub this in my face LMAO
  7. I found some good examples that I'm buying this weekend. They even have the colors i want
  8. I'm gonna talk about the tee. It's a drop shoulder, slightly short/cropped. The sleeves will be above the elbow but will not be too short as to expose the bicep Here is a "reference" except the sleeves and length of the garment is too long. Here is another example
  9. I just did my "calculations" on the total of how many of each color i need I used a number that I can handle for now but is flexible enough to change at any time fuuuuuck....I am determined to continue with a cut and sew tee shirt, I believe that kind of quality will be associated with my upstart brand and people will come back expecting it. What i need to do is download a tee shirt pattern online and try to change that to what i want let's try a crash course in pattern making and fucking wing it
  10. Yea, I'm definitely keeping all of my product count low I think the exclusivity would make it better and I can raise the price a little on my products
  11. For the tees, I'll be going with a 8 oz cotton jersey And the cardigan/shorts will be a 16 oz ponte de roma double knit cotton jersey
  12. Thank you @misteraven I started rethinking how I'm gonna do this within the timeline I've given myself So this is basically a wishlist 1) First/Brand graphic tee. I might do this in just white 2) Pick 2 of the graphics that I have listed. Each will be in 3 colors: White, Grey, Royal Blue (I'm a dodger fan) 3) 2 Cardigans: 1 grey, 1 Navy 4) 2 Shorts: 1 grey, 1 navy 5) 2 decks: 7.75 and 8.00 Accompanying graphic tee in 1 color: grey After Raven's knowledge bomb, I'm going to have to be careful how I pull this off. Keep It Simple, Dumbshit KISD I'm gonna organize all of this into some sort of list so i can keep track of what is getting done.
  13. Once I head out to get swatches and some design sheets, I'll show you what I have I'll let you know what prices there are
  14. What about pre-dyed fabrics off the roll? Is there anything wrong with that or is that just cost?
  15. That's true...I'm gonna try to do some leg work in Los Angeles' garment district and see if there's any generous and small cut and sew shops out there.
  16. glorydays

    Shoes?

I was on the fence on these I'm kind of over adidas since i wore them for so long But IRAK! I'm a huge fan of earsnot. If I can find these somewhere in my size i will most likely cop.
  17. That was the case for regular single stitch cotton jersey, but the lady told me about the double knit cotton jersey which is just 2 layers of jersey woven together. I'm gonna buy a swatch of the fabrics and take pics of them
  18. I understand, and thank you for clearing up the the prices on the cut and sew. I was actually gonna bring your name up today to see if you could do that. I wasn't gonna launch this any time soon. There is the covid but i also wanted to make samples first before doing anything. I was talking to this one small sewing manufacturer in LA that has, to you, VERY smalll minimums compared to what you just told me. The guy who owns Raid Team put me on to some small independent manufacturers. And I'm not saying that you're lying or exaggerating! What you said seems to be the true cost of what I am trying to do. But I'm kind of hoping that the person I'm talking to can provide the quality cut and sew that my friend told me about. Thank you Raven! And I will be bringing up another subject on this thread soon, which is the legal part of selling clothes within the state you live in.
  19. and the thickness of the tees bro this is gonna come out smooth....and they're not gonna be delicate
  20. most definitely the prints are gonna be pretty big on the tee and the same for all of them
  21. Here is the prospective Tee Shirt fabric This one's for you kid @QaweeLMAO 180 GSM or 8.3oz per yard cotton jersey fairly heavy but it's similar to the custom fabric Born x Raised uses it feels oddly smooth and stretchy WHITE LIGHT HEATHER GRAY RED KHAKI OLIVE NAVY
  22. got in contact with a fabric store in LA that was willing to talk to me about fabrics The lady told me that what I'm looking for in the way of heavy weight jersey is something called Double Knit. Double Knit fabrics are essentially just two layers of the same fabric woven together some of these fabrics go up to 16 oz. the lady said i can make a suit with this shit these are the colors i am for sure wanting to go with
  23. the one thing i learned over the years is to never take sex personally No girl has sex to hurt her future boyfriend. It's not like, "I'm gonna have sex now to hurt the person i love in the future" Sex, to me, is NOT sacred.
  24. @Dirty_habiTThat's horrible to hear and I'm sorry about your brother. And same with you. I'm not mad and this was a FUCKING GREAT exercise in politcal spectrum analysis. And believe me, I try really hard to talk to my aunt about it, but she gets angry "I'm here aren't I!?" is what i would be screamed at with. For me, and especially my oldest aunt, it is what it is.
  25. Bro, it wouldn't matter Do you not believe in individual freedoms? because they will do it whether i like it or not Period They can pursue any kind of happiness that they want. I am chinese filipino. Filipino women literally whore themselves out to come to America. I CANNOT JUDGE A FILIPINO WOMAN, EVEN MY RELATIVES, TO DO WHAT IS NECESSARY TO LIVE. If that includes sucking dick to escape poverty, do what you need to, sis.
