I'd say as long as it's not infected you are doing good. You might not notice the progress in healing at such a slow rate but I am sure it's coming along. My pit had a broken knee as a pup and it was hell trying to keep her off of it. They have so much energy. Her weak knee was totally due to the mom being under nourished during lactation. Her knee is worth almost that much too haha.

What are you cleaning the wound with? Sorry to say but it sounds like you should take him back to the vet. They can inject a steriod that can assist with faster healing. Either way that is a tough spot to heal and will take longer to heal.

Those dream sequences were weak I had higher expectations for more gore and actually being able to see said gore clearly. Instead the whole shaky camera and bad lighting technique was used in most of the killing scenes.
