Thanks Milky. I am very interested in this stuff. I will probably spend the next few days looking up and reading whatever I can on the web as I have been. Wether its real or not, Id like to be "aware" of whats going on once it finally does start to effect our lives... Did you watch that video? Or im sure youve read or saw everything on it alreay somewhere else, but its all interesting.

^ I had to turn my "Family Filter" off to watch that, then I couldnt watch it because I had to log in to do so.

My girlfriend brought it up to me today and started going all into it and what she had heard. I was pretty intrigued by all the information I was given. So I came home and started looking it up. I found this two hour video on it and the music industry, which is only a small bit of it, and now I cant stop researching it. well... you couldnt see the actual injury but his exact injurys were that he tore his ACL, MCL lateral miniscus, vertical miniscus, bone contusions and bone displacement. He had half of a ligiment holding his knee together after all of that. My bad no pics, wasnt dating him then.

lol agreed. and im only 24. im a people person but not those type of people. the gym is either for fat people that need the motivation and have no other way or super hot/buff people that dont need to work out anymore than they already are and go there to hook up. I do all my workouts in my living room with the blinds closed.

if there is a golds gym its like 20 a month or the local small no name ones are like 10 a month... atleast here they are. Im working on day 5 of that insanity workout. yes i am already tired of it. I did however come across a bunch of link to all different types of work outs you can do at home so if youre looking for any type of workout, i can get them together for ya
