i was told the other day..that when u eat, you should drink room temperature water..or possibly a warm/hot tea. as explained,while eating, your stomach becomes like a fire to help digest foods, and when u douse this fire with iced drinks, the cold will put out the fire, thus slowing down the digestion process. didnt do any further reading on it, but it kinda sounded like it made sense.
