how the hell would you get a bike that cheap!!! $219 is about £120-£130, I can barely buy my son a bike for that price range looking around my wife saw this cant find a better picture and that was £259.99 which is almost $500!! (plus the bike isnt that great). I remember when I used to ride years ago I would look in magazines and be shocked how cheap some of the stuff you guys over there get.

my wife would like that but she will have to wait i need to save for a Road bike for me first lol

i agree I used to ride clipless all the time, and having not ridden for the best part of a decade even now riding my new bike that just has normal pedals (not even put on toeclips yet haha) and I still find myself trying to pull up, especially on a hill.

yea i live around loads of hills some of them are even a bitch to ride up on my mountain bike which is why a fixie is way down on my list of priorities, plus im getting older too so dunno if a single speed might just be better

i will definitely be getting a fixie at some point, think it will be fun for just blasting around on but that will be after I get a road bike

dope stuff Kes, Vims, wisogee and EBA (would have been quicker to say dope page lol) Mek you will be glad to hear I have finally managed to shift enough bills out the way that I should be dropping some cash and geting at least 24/48 cans of paint so should be hitting some walls soon as possible, as well as getting supplies for canvases to sell as well to fund more paint

haha sorry obviously they are proper bikes, but for someone just getting back into cycling I would say get a geared bike first then a fixie after. I have just got back into riding myself and recently tried riding my brothers fixie and for someone just getting back into cycling I dont really think it is a practical choice.
