could i get a good used 12 speed for a hundred bucks or should i just keep saving my money and buy a brand new bike??
Easily if you look around but depends on what you're looking to do. You wont get the best bike for under 100.
Does anyone have any experience with the new Shimano Di2 electronic Dura Ace drive-train? I've been reading about it and it makes me want to sell my car or something for the group. Something about no shift cables sounds amazing, plus no trimming.

As far as I know it's just how the cleat clips into the pedal. Egg beaters I hear are the easiest to clip into because you can pull back or push forward. I ride SPDs and they kind of suck to get into, but i like have that much meat of a pedal under my shoe.

No yoga, but taking long bike rides helps with stress. As long as its not a high traffic area.

Do what works for you, it's a bag. Get what you like. Not even being a dick it's just that other people may like something that you don't but can sway you to buy it because of some fancy bells and whistles so to speak.

Took a quick 30 miles today. Nothing major, bunch of rolling hills and cows everywhere. Building up the footbed in my shoe really helped my knees out.

What's even the benefit of a quill stem over threadless? Other than the fact that some older frames that people may drool over will need to run a quill.

Not a terrible idea but not an awesome one either... You can get some cheap shoes off of pricepoint.com since you already have pedals and cleats. Plus riding clipless is the bees knees.
