@Dark_KnightI am not leaving, and that is not funny.

I'll have to check it out, sounds familiar and I may have seen it. From what I'm remembering it's an improv group sort of like "the kids in the hall" with more intentional cringe built in.

Tim Robinson used to write for snl and it’s originally just a bunch of sketches snl denied. Helps if you’re slap happy and stoned too

I don't think SNL will ever recover, or that anything new will even come close to replacing it. It's a shame. The writers are still availiable, but the talented starving comics these days just build their own audiences themselves, outside of the corporate TV influence, instead of relying on the traditional gatekeepers to put them on. No diss, because honestly I don't watch enough to be 100% on this, but none of the people stage at SNL, outside of occasional guest stars are worth watching. At least when compared to the golden ages.

I used to work at NBC as a standby fire alarm technician. They just wanted one there to clear up any hiccups just incase when they had live major news events, or live shows like SNL broadcast. NBC, and SNL specifically used to be run by mostly women, and the occasional effeminate dudes that had zero lives outside of work and hadn't seen a dick in years. They were salary, and we'd be there getting overtime/double time. Sometimes I'd show up for a 10pm to 6am shift where I basically did nothing and see the same people I saw the night before leaving at 11:00 pm or midnight, showing back up at 5:00am for another shift and it was really sad. Really stressful gigs, and if you weren't willing to do it, there's a million others dying for the opportunity. I also think the strong feminine energy producing SNL, and MSN news there is why it seems pretty far left now to the public, even though the shot callers at NBC corporate, owned by General Electric are all super conservative.

i think you should leave is pretty funny. Borders on cringey but the good ones are too tier

I used to have super strong feelings against unions. I'm all over that shit now.

The corporate overlords convince people to hate something that benefits the worker. Will never understand that. Pretty sure I’ve said it before but people in my industry who are non union always trash unions bc we work less and get paid more lol.
