1. You're not the only one to notice this. Just type in, homoeroticism Top Gun, into a web search.
2. I just started into the final issue of Lucky Peach. This is a super-sized issue.
3. LOL, As Above and So Below, was the only movie that gave me motion sickness, for the same reason as you describe. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2870612/ I didn't read DC/Marvel comic books when I was younger so any references went over my head as well. The only one I got was the Pet Cemetery one.
4. Justice League, a comic book, super hero movie, was very entertaining and explanatory as to what-how-who-where as I thought it would be. At PG-13, there were a lot of gratuitous shots for Dad AND Mom for taking their kids to the movies. A few continuity errors that I noticed. Probably many more that I didn't notice. Maybe a SPOILER ALERT: Flash's honeycomb hideout scene... Did anyone notice the old time box cars in the yard and if the axle bearings were old or modern or 100% prop or CG?
5. Justice League last weekend. Coco tomorrow... http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2380307/
6. This is the only D I Y thread I could find and I didn't want to start another new one with a single image so BUMP it is... Male-stem caps, make good insulators for your leads so they don't touch each other or other things they shouldn't be touching. The interior diameter fits over the lead tip perfectly so the friction will not allow them to fall off with gravity alone.
7. Michael Myers almost complete. Just wanted to post on Halloween night, (UTC-7)‎.
8. I think they wear weird gloves all day that look like regular hands
9. Got the bike out to get a samich and fries. on the way to lunch I witness more tragedy. lunch / tragedy Back on the cruiser for the ride back home.
10. Pumpkin patch today where we witnessed varieties of squash, gourd, and tragedy. These looked weird ... or there will be much tragedy ... I wasn't suppose to post this one but I did Resourceful engineering marvel. Went home and got the bike out to get lunch...
11. Good words, thank you. I currently live near import automobile storage yards and that's where I got the idea for this model.
12. Cool, thanks. Yeah, just all wrapped up in plastic
13. Finally finished the Hyundai Azera (with Grandeur grille though). It represents an imported vehicle into North America at port of entry status - Customs. 1/1 scale Port pictures: http://media.gettyimages.com/photos/hyundai-motor-co-vehicles-bound-for-export-await-shipment-at-a-port-picture-id481624108 http://media.gettyimages.com/photos/hyundai-motor-co-vehicles-bound-for-export-await-shipment-at-a-port-picture-id464564347 http://media.gettyimages.com/photos/hyundai-motor-co-vehicles-bound-for-export-are-driven-at-a-port-near-picture-id464569407 http://media.gettyimages.com/photos/workers-inspect-hyundai-motor-co-vehicles-bound-for-export-at-a-port-picture-id481624094 https://automotivelogistics.media/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/1.-Port-of-Ulsan.jpg
14. Looks like someone is about to bake a cake AND eat it too.
15. Yeah, that looks like an arrow. I'll look at that a little closer. Good eye, Thanks.
16. Ok, That's what I figured and knew most bicicletas thread contributing 12oz members here would know that but I had to look at the crank set threads to remind myself ahead of time. Then described it here for those who may not have known that. I've been trying to remove the bottom bracket on this Rocky Mountain without success. Any advice? Is the left side reverse thread, and the right side right hand thread? ^ left side pictured
17. An upgrade I did today on a 20 dollar, thrift store score. The bike was complete except the front spring and bracket. The fork crown was just resting against the head tube? It was already as you see it in these pictures painted that green and the rust pitting overall. A lot of this will be changed eventually. I just want to get it a little more ride-able. Today I switched out the 3" cranks for 5" cranks. ^ Notice that 3" crank. Makes riding beyond a single residential city block very difficult. ^ purchased a used Lucky 7 with 5" crank set. ^ First I removed the chain guard but then lost two of the mounting screws so I wont be reinstalling that today. ^ Left side = righty-loosey, lefty-tighty ^ The 36mm wrench is too big so it must be a 30mm nut. I don't have one of those in 30mm so an adjustable will have to do. ^ Remember, lefty-tighty ^ There are left and right side pedals ^ There is now more efficiency from each rotation of 5" cranks ^ I'll dig around in the screws jar to install the chain guard again
