I've seen a Girafa roller or at a very minimum a Girafa tag at EVERY single cutty East Bay spot. Dude has definitely put in a lot of work and most of his stuff is still riding which means he did something right.

Yea Hayward is definitely East Bay. You still haven't really given a good reason why its not.
